The Mongolian Red Cross has set out a plan to undertake relevant and far reaching humanitarian activities in support of the needs of the people of Mongolia. The five-year strategic plan seeks to provide an open, equal and accessible high quality services.

THE PRIMARY GOALS OF THE STRATEGY ARE:
\rStrengthen the public participation, capacity and influence in the disaster prevention and rehabilitation activities.
\rIn-crease the tendency of prioritizing healthy and safe lifestyle through th provision of appropriate knowledge and habits.
\rFaithfully comply with the humanitarian law and be actively involved in the establishment and development of a peaceful and humane society.
\rImprove the management structure and the coherence between the national society and mid level branches.
\rIncrease the effecctiveness of the partnership cooperation with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, International Committee of the Red Cross and National Societies.
